Welcome!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in high-conflict relational dynamics. Whether you’re seeking support individually, with your spouse or partner, or with your family, therapy can help you understand the emotional patterns shaping your relationships and support you in creating meaningful change. My ongoing personal growth deepens my understanding and empathy for my clients in their healing process.

Together, we'll explore how past experiences influence how we connect, communicate, protect ourselves, and emotionally respond to one another, and work to create healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

My areas of expertise include Family; Marital and Relational Conflict; Marital and Premarital Counseling; Infertility and Family Planning; Parenting; Coparenting; Blended Families; Life Transitions, including Divorce Support; Attachment Trauma; Fear and Anxiety; Depression and Grief; Self-Esteem; Self-Confidence; and Creative Artists.

I completed my Master of Arts in Psychology at Phillips Graduate University, specializing in Family Systems. My specialization was further advanced in Attachment Theory, leading to the publication of my research and findings. I later completed special training in the Psychodynamic modality.

I offer a complimentary phone consultation to discuss your needs for therapy, helping you make an informed decision about working together. Through a confidential, nonjudgmental, and safe therapeutic space in my approach to therapy, I look forward to collaborating with you to improve your relationships.
